How do I get qualified to buy a house? 

Mortgage and financing is very important and can be a bit scary when buying a home, especially for the first time.  I have mortgage lenders that I work with and will arrange for you to meet to begin pre-qualifying and pre-approval process.

 

What aspects of the buying process do you personally handle? 

I am a full service agent and I personally see that all details are taken care of, home inspections, mortgage company and escrow.  I have a large network of licensed, bonded and insured professionals that I work with regularly. 

 

How do you determine which homes might match our wants and needs?

I build strong relationships with every one of my clients and always serve their best interests. We will meet to discuss your price range, desired square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and any other wants or needs you may have.  Understanding your real estate wants and needs along with my personal commitment is at the heart of my dedication and service to you. Your real estate goals are my goals.

 

How will you provide the information of possible homes?

I will send you MLS sheets to preview, once you tell me which house interest you I check actual availability and schedule appointments accordingly. I will also send pictures via text and/or email. 

 

How and when will you communicate with me / us?
During our first meeting we will establish your preferred method of communication.  Real estate can move quickly which is why we need to be able to communicate in real time.  I call and text and will use email as a third form of communication.     

 

 

Questions from Sellers

 

Specifically, how will you sell my home? 

Your home will be in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), our realty website, my website, social media, neighborhood flyers, open houses.  In addition, Century 21 is on billboards, we send mass mailings/emails so we are constantly driving traffic and eyes to your home.  
 

Do you have or work with buyers in this price range?
I work with buyers in a variety of price ranges.

 
What are the top three things that separate you from your competition?

Do you have advice for me about the condition of my home?
My team and I will do an initial walk through with you.  We will discuss any changes and/or updates that need to be made to stage your home for maximum market value, including front curb appeal.

 

Do you have expertise as a home stager or do you recommend that I hire a professional stager?
My team and I will stage your home.  However, I do have team of licensed, bonded and insured professionals for staging, home inspections, contractors, etc.
 

Can you recommend contractors and moving companies?
